Stage 3 Exceptional Drought Notice

On September 11, 2025 the Barton Springs / Edwards Aquifer Conservation District (BSEACD) declared an Stage 3 Exceptional Drought.  Everyone must reduce water usage

 

With the Exceptional stage drought our permit will be reduced by an additional 23%.  When we exceed our allowable permit, we are assessed fines by BSEACD.

 

Water rates will increase with usage after October 17, 2025.  The following chart shows the rate increases from Critical to Exceptional stage drought:

 

The base rate is $45.00 and includes 2,000 gallons.
