Ruby Ranch Water Supply Corporation (RRWSC) has had a User Drought Contingency Plan, “UDCP”, which focuses on what the BSEACD’s expectations are for the utilities that they regulate. However some of our customers have asked specifically what they can do to conserve water during the various stages of drought.
